I just want to share the fantastic news that one of my former dance students, Alexandra Lewis, just won Miss Lafayette!!!! She will compete for Miss Louisiana in November. Alex was a student at my dance studio Hip Bones In Motion, and also she was also a Bay Area Baptist Church Praise Dancer!
Alex is the daughter of Raymond and Pat (my friend, AKA Soror, & book club member) Lewis!!!
I love to share the news our youth doing great things!!! GO ALEX!!! We are so proud of your !!!!!

My name is Mary Boyles
I'm a resident of Langston, Oklahoma, lifelong. I'm an aspiring writer and producer. I've written my first stage play called "Enough is Enough” It deals with domestic violence and suicide. I wrote the play 2 years ago and had my first curtain March 29th 2008 in Okc. It is a success. We received a standing ovation. The actors did an awesome job. I'm getting ready to take the play around the country. I need support to be able to take on this endeavor. I posted a comment on Reshonda's website. I forgot to leave my full name but it's at the end of my comment I included it in my email. It was a very long post. Reshonda covered a story for me in Langston about 7 years ago. I was a business owner in the beauty supply industry and a man defrauded me of approx $1200. But anyway to make a long story short I'm trying to network with people outside of my community. I'm praying to the Lord and asking Him to enlarge my territory. It's not much here where I live. I live in a small town (600 population)and the opportunities is limited especially for people of my interest. I had a video clip on my website for people to view but had to remove it for the live production. I will be putting the video clip back this week.
